It's official: it was torture!

Judge Susan Crawford, a senior Pentagon official, has declared that the so-called "enhanced interrogation" techniques used on Mohammed al-Qahtani, one of the 9/11 plotters, constituted torture. And so the Bush administration has effectively tainted the case against al-Qahtani and denied justice to the families of the 9/11 victims.
